About Us

Mayfield is a pet free family bungalow with mature gardens, with plenty free off road parking.Free WI-FI and secure storage for bikes. You can enjoy a traditional Scottish breakfast while taking in the breath taking views of the north face of Britain’s highest mountain Ben Nevis. Mayfield is an ideal base for many outdoor pursuits such as hill walking, climbing, skiing and biking etc. as well as more leisurely strolls or days out exploring the scenery further afield by cycle, car or motorbike. Several major rivers are within a few miles, offering excellent fishing and kayaking. If you’re cycling, Torlundy is on the cycle path connecting Fort William and Nevis Range and we’re only a mile from parts of the Witch’s Trails while the Nevis Range Red Route and World Cup Downhill mountain bike courses are a mile further. In the winter Nevis Range becomes one of Scotland’s leading ski centres, Mayfield bed and breakfast is one of the closest B&B’s to the mountain gondola chairlift – three miles by car and closer if you prefer to ride there by forest trail.

Our rooms are clean and comfortable and some have ensuites, tea and coffee making facilities are available along with Free WiFi & Freeview TV. Free off-street parking right outside our home.

The Food

Full English Breakfast or Smoked Salmon/Scrambled Egg along with a selection of Fruit, Cereals, Yoghurts, treats tray, specialist Tea selection box, fruit juices. All served in our Breakfast room.

Mayfield B&B is pleasantly situated just outside the town of Fort William, in a quiet residential area close to Nevis Range and within walking distance of the start point for the North face of Ben Nevis.
